Cat Herder is a free strategy game made by indie dev Switchback Studio. In this casual title, players are caring for a group of cats, and it's their job to keep them safe and well-behaved in designated spots of the house and ensure they stay there.

Just like Cattails and Pico Park, Cat Herder is a game inspired by the love of cats. While the former two feature complex and fast-paced gameplay, the latter is more relaxed and grounded. It allows gamers to experience and enjoy playing it at their own pace.

Keep the little ones from making a mess

As its name implies, the game will have you herd your cats and prevent them from roaming all over the place. In this quirky first-person cat game, you are tasked with carrying your pets to designated zones in your house so you keep an eye on them more closely. That's only part of it, though, as you also need to make sure they don't escape and wander again.

You can use treats and cat food to keep them occupied as you round up the rest of the pack. From there, just enjoy the relaxed gameplay, simple but cute graphics, and pastel colors. Just know that this was meant as a casual game that you can pick up and play anytime you want. As such, playthroughs will be short and will only last about a couple of minutes.
